Acceptance of Terms

LitUK is operated by Gome Software Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17181136). By accessing or using the LitUK website or the LitUK mobile app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Use of the Service

The LitUK website and its practice tests are provided free of charge for personal study. You may not reverse-engineer the app, copy our question bank, or use the service in any way that could damage or impair it for other users.

Practice Content

Our questions are study material modelled on the official Life in the UK handbook and test format. They are not the actual exam questions and are not official government material. We do not guarantee that practising with LitUK will result in a pass, and we are not affiliated with the Home Office or gov.uk.

Purchases (App)

The LitUK app offers optional Premium features as a one-time in-app purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and any refunds or billing issues are handled under their respective store policies — please contact Apple or Google directly for purchase support.

Intellectual Property

The LitUK name, logo, question bank, code, and website content are owned by Gome Software Ltd. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works based on these assets without prior written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app or website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the practice content is complete or up to date with current exam material.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LitUK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app or website — including any test outcome.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
